Support Our Programs

Glenmoor PTA programs are not possible without volunteer support. We have opportunities for one-time and ongoing volunteer support. The more volunteers we have, the more opportunities we can offer for students at Glenmoor! 

Current Committees in need of chairpersons or committee members:

Yearbook

• • Work with our yearbook vendor to design the Glenmoor yearbook, organize class & event photos and order and distribute

Logowear

• • Evaluate options and choose a vendor for Glenmoor spirit wear  

Teacher Appreciation Week

• • Come up with a theme and organize volunteers for TAW

Health & Safety

• • Help organize and replenish expired supplies for the classroom emergency backpacks

Olympic Day

• • Recruit volunteers, prepare equipment and finalize details for the last day of school’s Olympic Day activities

Teacher Grants

• • Send applications to the teachers, collect responses and create a committee to review/approve grant requests

WHS Scholarship

• • Work with WHS counselors to distribute applications to students, then create a committee to review scholarship requests and choose a winner. Coordinate with Mr. B to announce the scholarship winner at the WHS Awards Banquet
